The demand for affordable housing in the city of Albany is high, especially among families who need more space than a one- or two-bedroom unit. Find out how the Albany Community Land Trust (Albany CLT) is working with partners like the NYS Housing Trust Fund Corp. and the Affordable Housing Partnership to renovate and rehab homes for families.
Staff from the Albany CLT will participate in a workshop titled Community Land Trusts: Creating Homes for Families on Tuesday, March 31 at 10:30 a.m.
The panel will be moderated by Lisa Giordano, VP of Community Development, Citizens Bank, and include Susan Cotner of Albany Community Land Trust, Linda MacFarlane of the Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region, and Darren Scott of NYS Homes and Community Renewal.
The panel is part of a two-day conference called NY CDFIs – Collaborating for Impact. The conference will be held on March 30-31 at the Albany Marriott. Tickets may be purchased by following this link.
